WoodSpring Suites Jackson Pearl I-20

The room was VERY spacious, and the kitchen with a full-size fridge was extremely accommodating for what we needed. Everything was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly. The street on the way could be paved better, but that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. This is a very nice hotel.

Very clean, everything is brand new, staff is friendly. Great location too right off the highway and lots of restaurant options around as well as the outlets, mini golf, and the movie theater right next door. Love how modern and clean the rooms are. Highly recommend!

Brand new hotel with plenty of room. If you need somewhere to stay for a week or longer, it has a kitchen and full size refrigerator. The hotel staff is very friendly and always eager to help with anything needed. The price is great for where it's located. Outlet mall and bass pro shop is very close. Logan's Roadhouse, ichiban, and Moss creek fish are walking distance. Laundry facilities are nice and very convenient. Exercise facilities are great.

This is an excellent hotel. The management is kind, helpful, and very accommodating. Even at full capacity—with many manual laborers staying here—the property remains spotless. I’ve stayed at several extended stay hotels in the Jackson area within this same price range, and all of them were complete dumps—except this one. I’d confidently compare WoodSpring to a Marriott, which is typically my go-to. The environment is quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. The parking lot is well-lit, and there’s convenient access to the interstate as well as the Flowood/Brandon area.

Really nice place courteous people. Pet room was very comfortable. It got very cold we could have used an additional blanket. Otherwise it was great.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, I could not be more impressed. The hotel is so clean. The floors are laminate wood flooring- no gross hotel carpet. The furnishings are minimalist which adds to the clean vibe. The bed is a platform bed and you can see under it- also feeling clean. The bathrooms facilities seem brand new. There isn’t a breakfast option, but that doesn’t bother us as we typically grab Starbucks when traveling anyway.

Chrystal is AWESOME!!! The black young guy who work overnight help get me in room after emergency lock was on the door latched while I was outside the door. He's a genius!! He figured out a way to get me back inside. Thank you Sir

Hotel amenities are great and convenient. Room was very spacious along with the room amenities. Front desks gentleman was very nice and helpful. Great location. Loved the gym and laundry room. Bed (mattress) and pillows could be more comfortable and firm.
